About the Release We are pleased to announce our 19.3 Version of Coretex 360. This release has a number of enhancements and new features.

Overview

I M P R O V E M E N T S

- Searching, loading time and responsiveness improved on most pages

- Add option to view messages by Conversation in message center

- Daily Utilization Report can now be run to identify Vehicles which have not been utilized for period of time

- Add ability to run Stop Report for a Fleet

B U G F I X E S

- Fixed issue where Speed limit was not being shown for speeding events in replay

- Fixed issue with "Location View Only" permission not being able to see Locations

Actions required by customers Coretex 360 is a web based application. You will be advised when the new version is available (by a system notification) and no action is required by customers

New Features For full details please consult relevant User Guides which can be accessed via the ? icon, found at the top right of any 360 screen.

Reefer Manager: Playback When user has the appropriate permissions, the Playback functionality will be available via the right-click menu. Once the user is on the Playback screen for the selected Reefer, a number of functionalities are available in each of the Playback sections.

1. Activity

- Able to choose a date from the Date Picker - Able to choose the range of days to view (3 Days or 5 Days)1 - Able to toggle what Activities to show (Motion Start/Stop, Idle Start/Stop, Reefer

On/Off, Alerts)2 - Able to select a date/time range to Load - Able to drag the selected date/time range

2. Map

- Able to view the activities of the selected Reefer on the selected date/time range - Able to toggle what Activities to show on the Map (Alerts, Breadcrumbs, Geofences) - Able to search and filter by specific Location/Geofence name using the Geofence

filter - Able to track the movement of the Reefer on the Map based on the Playback control

3. Tracks

- Able to view specific information of the selected Reefer on the selected date/time range

- Able to view updates of Reefer information based on the Playback control or using the Time Indicator

- Smart loading only shows data if it is available

Reefer Manager: Two-way communications on right click When Two-way is enabled for a Reefer and the user has the appropriate permissions, a number of additional options will be available via the right-click menu. Available options will be dependent on the Reefer Type – Carrier (Set Intelliset and 5 other options) or Thermo King (Activate Optiset).

Reefer Manager: Enhancements to Batch Command > New Command When Two-way is enabled for a Reefer and the user has the appropriate permissions, the two-way batch command will be available via the right-click menu:

On selection of “New Command” menu option, the Batch Command menu for the selected Reefer will be displayed as a popup menu. On this menu, users can:

- Request a Reefer On command - Request a Mi-Jack command - Request a Reefer Off command

Once a specific command option is chosen:

- Users will be presented with Default values (the last known values sent by the Reefer) for each field

- Users can choose a specific time to run the command - Users will be presented with an error tool tip if values are invalid - Set Mode can be used to place a Reefer into SLEEP mode

Reefer Off improvements:

- Can now be used to schedule the end of a SLEEP mode period (useful when storing equipment for long periods e.g. command alternating weeks of sleep mode)3

- Reefer Off time can now be scheduled in the same way as Reefer On time

On selection of “Manage Commands” menu option, the Pending Batch Command screen will be displayed in a new tab. This will show a brief history of all recent two-way commands and their execution status will be displayed for the selected equipment.

Reefer Manager: New icons for Reefer list There are new icons that displays different Reefer status relating to two-way capability (no icon means unit is not two-way enabled), continuous status (no icon means unit is not on Continuous status) and door status.

Reefer Manager: Enhancements to Reefer Quick Chart There have been a few enhancements made in the use of the Reefer Quick Chart functionality.

- Date range is now based on the last recorded temperature reading for the selected Reefer

- Date range selection can only be run back up to maximum of 3 months from current date

- Reefer Chart now includes the Compartment name is the chart section - Reefer Chart link sent via email will no longer require a 360 login to view it - Reefer Chart link sent via email will only be valid up to 14 days from report run date

- Fixed issue where Speed limit was not being shown for speeding events in replay - Fixed issue with "Location View Only" permission not being able to see Locations - Fixed issue where trailer add/drop could show in wrong location in replay - Fixed issue with Driver Group permissions where some users could run reports for

Driver Groups they did not have access to
