The purchase price reflects the price range of homes that were on the market as of December 2011 which we feel represent the highest potential for ROI. Down payments are based on 20% of the purchase price. Mortgage payments are taken from mortgagecalculator.org based on a 30 year fixed rate of 4% and include PMI.
