CORECO, es una empresa espaola con presencia comercial en los cinco continentes.

El presente catlogo recoge doce grandes apartados, donde se presentan productos racionalizados para la hostelera y alimentacin, con unas gamas que cubren prcti-camente todas las necesidades de sus instalaciones con el mximo rigor de calidad y productividad, de acuerdo con el uso para el que han sido diseados.

Nuestras instalaciones se han reunificado en dos centros productivos, uno de ellos en plena ampliacin cubre un total de 23.000 m2, ms otros 8.000 m2 de zonas para uso social y logstico.

La estructura comercial de la que disponemos est formada por 14 delegaciones que cubren todo el territorio nacional, otras 3 en Europa y estamos presentes en mas de 70 paises.

Este esfuerzo inversor y tecnolgico es el que ponemos a su servicio, representado por el presente catlogo, que esperamos sea una herramienta til para su negocio.

The present catalogue includes 12 large sections, where products for hospitality are exposed and which practically fulfill all installation needs, with maximum accuracy and productivity, according to the use they have been designed for.

Our installations have been unified in 2 production centers, one in full growth ,which covers 23.000 m2, and a logistical and social part of 8000m2.

Our commercial structure is compound for 14 delegations, these cover all the national territory, others 3 in Europe and we are present in over 70 countries.

El departamento de implantacin no solo se ocupa de la optimizacin de la fabricacin si no que emplea gran parte de su presupuesto en el bienestar de sus recursos humanos.

Coreco has at ones disposal certificated laboratories where the characteristics created by our R+D Department and design are optimized, where it is certified its quality, energy saving and performance. The Implementation Department is not just arranging the manufacturing optimization also uses a big part of its budget in the welfare of its human resources.

B.- Produciendo producto de BAJO CONSUMO que mejora la rentabilidad econmica de su utilizacin y explotacin y lo que creemos ms importante el mnimo aporte de CO2 a nuestros cielos azules.

C.- Produciendo productos de BAJA CONTAMINACIN ACUSTICA, estamos investigan-do sistemas y utilizando componentes para conseguir minimizar los decibelios de emi-sin, medicin que se analiza en nuestros laboratorios.

PreciosLos precios de la presente lista son de venta al pblico (recomendados) y fi guran en Euros. Estos precios, en ningn caso, incluyen la instalacin ni la puesta en marcha del material. Todos los precios se entienden sin acce-sorios.

Transporte y portesEl embalaje ser el estndar. Cualquier embalaje o sistema de envo especial que sea requerido expresamente por el cliente, ser a cargo de este ltimo.Las mercancas viajan siempre por cuenta y riesgo del comprador. Recomendamos encarecidamente realice el control del estado de la mercanca en el tiempo establecido ya que, de lo contrario, Coreco S.A. declina toda responsabilidad al comprador. Devoluciones de materialNo se aceptar ninguna devolucin del material sin el consentimiento expreso y por escrito de Coreco S.A.En el caso de la aceptacin de una devolucin de material, todos los gastos generados, incluidos los portes corre-rn a cargo del cliente.Los materiales se abonarn de acuerdo con las condiciones del estado de la mercanca, reservndose Coreco S.A. el derecho a estipular el precio fi nal del abono.

GarantaCoreco S.A. se responsabilizar nicamente de los defectos de fabricacin, quedando excluidos la manipulacin o utilizacin incorrecta del material por parte del cliente o usuario. La garanta ser la establecida segn la ley vigente. Todo material remitido en garanta se facturar y se proceder a su correspondiente abono, una vez re-mitidas las piezas defectuosas y comprobadas por parte de Coreco S.A.

Condiciones de pagoHasta la concesin de crdito a un cliente, todas las operaciones sern abonadas mediante pago anticipado. De no efectuarse el pago de las facturas en los vencimientos acordados, el cliente se har cargo de los gastos de devolucin y/o gastos de demora.

Envo de repuestosTodos los repuestos se enviarn a portes debidos.

Reserva de dominioLa mercanca es propiedad y dominio de Coreco S.A. hasta el total pago de la misma por parte del cliente.

LitigioEn este caso sern competentes los Tribunales de Lucena (Crdoba).

InformacinCoreco S.A. se reserva el derecho a introducir, sin previo aviso, las modificaciones que crea necesarias, sin que ello perjudique a las caractersticas principales de los productos.

OrdersAll orders must be placed by letter, fax or e-mail with the reference of each product indicated in the current catalogueOrders from clients who have not fulfi lled previous contracts will be admitted. The particular conditions in the orders will be cancelled if they do not fi t into the current general sales terms.

PricesRecommended retail price in Euros. The prices never include installation and start-up. Accessories are not included in the prices.

Transport and FreightThe packing will be standard. The client will pay any special packing or dispatching system expressly requested by him.The goods are delivered Ex Works.

Returns of goodsNo return of goods will be accepted without previous written authorization from Coreco S.A. If the return is accepted, theclient must pay all the charges, including freight costs. A credit note will be issued according to the state of returned goods

WarrantyCoreco S.A. will be only responsible for the manufacturing defects.The manipulation or the incorrect utilisation of goods by the client or fi nal user will be excluded from the warranty. All products have a warranty by the current law. All goods delivered under warranty will have an invoice which will be cancelled with a credit note after reception of defective pieces and checking by the manufacturer.

Payment termsAll orders must be paid in advance until credit has been established If payment has not been made at maturity date, the client must pay all the return charges and / or delay charges.

Spare parts deliveryAll spare parts will be delivered carriage forward

PropertyCoreco S.A. has the property of the goods until the client makes the total payment.

JurisdictionIn case of dispute, parties will attribute competence exclusively to the courts of Lucena (Crdoba)
