Owner of network design

Responsibility main body in work flow, ensure network design launch smoothly，ensure the quality of network design. Fill in <Deliver project entrance template-generally>, draw up network design plan, complete network design project appointment (if big project there is unified appointment, no need to appoint again.) Pushing GTS and sales complete all mandatory activity, complete project checking before acceptance and delivering. Generally, TD is the person in charge in network design big project.

Network design deliver team

In charge of outputting network design deliver document. Clarify information research of network design in early days.Technical support is the responsibility main body in network design delivering.Research and develop maybe support delivering project according to the particular project requirement. Deliver team compose of GTS and General Headquarters staff .

Project Manager (PM)

Assist role in work flow，in charge of confirming and reviewing network design work plan, pushing and coordinating that what network design require resource, arranging and coordinating carrier’s resource, pushing acceptance.

communicate). If it is necessary, please apply NTS engineers to review. Must predate with customers ahead of schedule

,ensure the place and schedule ,if meeting is adopted to review network design delivery. The summary of meeting must be

output, after the end of review meeting. to complete the modify and consummation of delivery ,according to the review

opinion of customer .submit the perfect delivery to customers, to mark the modify contents and result in the Email. In order

to review the modified contents for customers.

Maintenance Scope of Network Design

The problems, suggestions or requirements of network design product discovered in using, are all in the maintenance scope. These can be fed back through maintenance channel of network design.

Note: The problems of devices are not in this scope. The mode of dealing with is that technology service engineer submits to device (such as: MSOFTX 3000), then device maintenance department engineer analyses problem. If the problem can be solved in network design, it will be transferred to network design department.

Maintenance Flow of Network Design

Delivery engineer submits the defect trace flow about the problem of network design through GCRMS or iCare.

NTS accepts, analyses and deal with the defect trace flow . If the problem is difficult to handle , NTS could escalate the ticket to R&D.

When you fill in problem ticket, you should select Core Network Public in the option Product Class and Core Network Design Solution in the option Product.


Deal with the Problem in Use

The problem will be solved in new version.

After the new version released, old version will be included.

Modification in version

If the problem in use or discovered by chick-list is grave, emergent and solution-level, or grave problem of network may be caused, need to release fore-alarm.

The fore-alarm will be cancelled in one month after solved in new version.
