Vehicle Inspection GuideThis guide breaks down the vehicle inspection into 6 steps.

Some steps MUST be done in the correct order, (STEP 2 must be done prior to starting the bus) however, you can change the order of STEPS IV, V, and VI

It is important to note that lights and other electrical equipment that use VOLTAGE should be turned on after the bus is running and the Alternator has started working. This will extend the life of the Alternator and Battery.

NEVER LEAVE THE BUS UNATTENDED WHILE IT IS RUNNING

STEP I; THE APPROACH

STEP II: UNDERCARRIAGE

STEP III: STARTING THE BUS

STEP IV: EXTERIOR

STEP V: INTERIOR

STEP VI: BRAKE CHECK

This pre-trip guide was developed to help you do a complete and through inspection on your bus. Not all items will be applicable to your bus:
