Some colleges require an Alternate major rather than it being optional. Campuses can contact XAP directly if they need to implement this

change. Campuses will default with “(optional)” as displayed.


PERSONAL INFORMATION: SCREEN 3 – FAMILY EDUCATION, INCOME, AND SIZE INFORMATION

“Mother” and “Father” titles have been replaced with: Parent/Guardian 1 Parent/Guardian 2


DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION: SCREEN 5

Parent Guardian 1 and Parent Guardian 2 added to the Demographic

Information Screen. Option to copy permanent mailing address from Screen 2.



“None of the above” has been added as a checkbox for Question 2 on

the Demographic Information Screen. Student should only select one option. Selecting both will prompt an error message when clicking Save and

Continue



The Sex field has been moved from Personal Information (Screen 3)

and relocated to Question 4 on the Demographic Information screen

(Screen 5).



U.S. Military Information has been moved from Personal Information

(Screen 3) and relocated to Question 5 on the Demographic Information

screen (Screen 5).



Introductory text, questions and pull down menu options for U.S. Military

Information have been updated to help identify military status.


COLLEGE INFORMATION: SCREEN 7 – ADD COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY

Domestic applications with International coursework: Location previously listed as “Foreign country”. Location now displays actual country name.



The RN license number field has been updated to only allow for

numeric values.



Increase character limit for “College/University name” from 30 to 36

characters.



Add more descriptive text to the following fields on the Add College/University

page: Units completed to date Units attempted to date Grade points


COLLEGE INFORMATION: SCREEN 7 – SB1440/AD-T

Updated the College Information screen so that the following

information is populated into Associate of Arts for Transfer/Associate of

Science for Transfer Program section (SB1440) of the application. Units Attempted Grade points GPA


COLLEGE COURSES: SCREEN 10

Update the following screen with a reminder to applicants to have their

transcripts in front of them when filling out these screens: College Courses

This will help resolve any issues applicants have with misreporting the

academic history.


EOP APPLICATION

For EOP ONLY applications, “Mother” and “Father” references have been replaced in the Financial Information page with Parent/Guardian.
