• Creation of a Groupware Supervision toggle key (UPK*) on the supervisor device– OFF: Feature disabled– ON: Supervisor monitors the calls of the user (s) associated to the GS key

- By default all direct, individual local and public calls including Agent calls can be monitored- Audio notification via a tone: in Idle state two beeps played during the whole call notification otherwise one beep- Visual notification
