Whether already choosing to Log In to our secure Portal to your proofs, or merely considering it, please review this short illustration of the upgraded look and feel.

While most RRD customers receive proofs via email notifications every day, few are aware that all of their proofs are available in ordered form, on a secure web application for anytime, anywhere access SSL, 128-bit encryption, password- and firewall-protected No software required, no cost, no commitment Files maintained on the Portal regardless of proof/email preferences Completely proprietary, proven RRD technology, confidentiality ensured

Other RRD customers have already selected to log in, due to: Internal IT security demands Volume of work/numbers of deals Emails too numerous to manage Accustomed to similar Bowne/other systems and are transitioning to RRD

Whatever your preference, view this update to see the cleaner, simplified screens that will greet you on logging into the RRD Portal.

This main screen lists all active Deals to which you have access

Deals> View Deal Proofs

1st view shows all accessible Deals in expandable, collapsible Folder/Subfolder format

Navigation Tips==> Click on Deal Folders to expand/show all the Jobs within==> Click on Deal Name to show ALL docs for every Job within==> Click on Job Name to expand/show all proofs within that Job==> Click on Document names to open, download, print or email your proofs

Deals>Proof List

When you’ve selected a particular Deal or Job name (hyperlinked)

Seperately listed are Enhanced Format proofs such as EZBlues, XBRL and HTML Renderings for publishing on your web

Topmost listings are typical Typeset, EDGAR, and Print drafts

Click on any document hyperlink to Open/Save/Print

All document line entries Are time/date stamped,

most recent to top

Proof sections expand/collapse when clicked


Deals>Hide/Reveal Deals

Control which Deals appear on your My Proofs screen

Click Hide/Reveal radio buttons to manage My Proofs screen if it gets crowded, or Deals go inactive

Toggle between Hidden (Red) Deals and displayed (Blue) Deals


WebDrop>WebDrop Files

WebDrop your files securely to any RRD site

New “Bulk” webdrop functionality enables multiple files to be stacked

and Submitted in one action

Progress indicators added

Fields for Site, Service Level and Purpose will aid CS to satisfy

timing and quality goals

Use Memo field to explicate further instructions

New feature allows you to check history of files you “dropped” to RRD

Specify date span (minimum) and siteJob info (optional)

My WebDrop is a handy way to pre-populate fields of information you consistently use—to save you time typing instructions

Workgroups are simple screens to show you which colleagues are current members of a particular Deal/Job

Updating your Profile keeps your information current for Workgroups as well as for RRD Customer Service.
