The VSII management works very closely with the IBM team in Hanoi and HoChiMinh CIty to insure that its software developers meet our expectation on quality, delivery time and cost savings. The company has strong technical capabilities in some key skills areas that IBM requires. This company has shown flexibility in meeting our requirements for work

locations and scheduling. We have recently completed a successful transition of work to an IBM managed Off-shore Delivery Center at the VSII main location in Hanoi. Once again this

supplier quickly and effectively acted to insure our requirements were met.
