Focus of Peer Mediation
• Most programs in K-5 schools with mediators trained and used in 3, 4, 5 grades.
• Less prevalent in MS and HS. General sense is too little impact in these larger populations. Usually specialized and linked schools

Across Level Links in Peer Mediation
• Most Districts do not have district wide peer mediation effort (it’s an individual school decision whether to have a program)
• Districts that do have such efforts usually restrict focus to elementary schools (and maybe middle schools)
• Very rare to find true district wide programming in peer mediation
