Introduction

The building is located in Argentina, in Buenos Aires. It is designed to be a residence with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a flexible social area integrated with the kitchen. The land to which is positioned the building has an interesting slope which provides a welcome challenge for the design of the house. The main materials applied in the building are the concrete, wood and glass and are combined in an appreciable way. The architects had played with the volumes, using different heights, different levels and interconnecting the spaces one with each-other. In such a way it is achieved an interesting volume composition. The building is visually open, but the architects took care to create private areas especially for the bedrooms composition. In terms of materials it was used the H2s concrete which was quite resistantt against moisture and atmospheric conditions.
