Prerequisites 1. You have enrolled your device in Intune. 2. You have downloaded the mobile outlook app to your device. Specifc Step - by - Steps ● Open the Outlook for iOS app F1 ● Select ‘Settings’ tab at the bottom of the screen F2 ● Select the ‘Office 365’ email account. (Note the ‘name’ will be different than shown below. It is user editable.) F3 ● Enable ‘Save Contacts’ by sliding switch to right. (NOTE: Tap on the ‘?’ icon to read what ‘Save Contacts’ does on your device) F4 ● Select ‘Save to My iPhone’ to allow outlook contacts to be saved to your device contact list. F5 ● Press the home button to return to the home screen, then open the contacts app. F6 ● Select ‘Groups’ at the top left. F7 ● Select ‘Outlook’ to have your outlook contacts show in the device contact list.
