INTRODUCTION

The EXPEDITION COACHING CERTIFICATION COURSE is anintensive training program that teaches coaching as a learningtool designed to facilitate thinking, creativity, communication,and problem solving. Learn what a coaching mindset is and walkaway with the coaching tools to help you get started as asuccessful coach. This life-changing experience will increase yourpersonal awareness and equip you on your journey in usingcoaching either personally or professionally.

Through a combination of creative approaches, participants will take awaya stronger cognitive foundation, a higher level of coaching proficiency, anda deeper commitment to providing the best value to their clients. Ourtraining approach will utilize the following methods:

The program is divided into two parts: Part One: Developing a CoachingMindset and Part Two: Applying the Coach Approach. With a total of eightmodules, participants will journey through

DELIVERY METHODS

The full training course is delivered through online learningopportunities via Zoom. See program schedule for frequencyand dates at www.Emerge.org.

Training is also provided in-person in a 5-day fast track course.Participants will learn and practice the competencies ofcoaching. Following the in-person experience, participants willcomplete additional asynchronous learning and three hours ofindividual mentoring. Find training dates at www.Emerge.org.

MENTORING & ADDITIONAL LEARNINGParticipants will begin group mentoring in the program. An additionalthree hours of individual mentoring will be required, giving participants atotal of 10 hours of mentor coaching upon completion.

Additionally, participants will engage in asynchronous learning throughSeven Days to Learner Living by Dr. Marilee Adams that will enhance self-awareness and develop tools and skills immediately applicable incoaching. Access to the learning portal will be provided during theprogram.

Also provided in the learning is the Paradigm Lab's Workplace Big 5personality assessment. Participants will learn how to work withassessments in coaching, and will utilize learnings from their self-assessment to increase awareness.

GROUP WORKParticipants will engage in group work for group mentoring, and followingthe course will be assigned to a group to create a report on learnings andapplications from Seven Days to Learner Living.

REGISTRATION & ONBOARDINGRegister online at www.Emerge.org. Payment plan options are availableupon request (Minimum $500 deposit required at registration). Balancesmust be paid before graduation from the program. Onboarding detailsand an invoice will be emailed after registration.
