people working therein so thatthey contribute their maximumto achieve their organisationalobjectives.we have seen thatoften conflicts emerge amongvarious organisationalfunctions and individuals.inorder to overcome these

problems, coordination isneeded which is anintegrationof group efforts inorganisation.

A function is a composite of duties closely related inharmonious character and in operational similarly whichfor the purpose of execution has to perform someimportant and some less significant functions.
