Chłodnik

Ingredients

• The young beets with leaves-2 bunches

• Radish-1 bunches

• Cucucmber-1 big

• Dill-1 bunches

• Kefir-150ml

• Natural yogurt-150ml

• Salt

• Pepper

• Lemon juice-ok 2

• Hard boiled eggs-1 to give

How to Prepare:

• Wash vegetables

• Cut the Radish, cucumber, dill

• Put into the bowl and Cook until tender

• Cool

• Put all into the bowl with beets

• Mix kefir, yogurt, with salt, pepper and Lemon juice

• Put this into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients

• Cool all in the fridge

• Eat

Recipe for sandwich

Ingredients :

• Bread

• Ham

• Cheese

• Lettuce

• Tomato

• Eggs

• Cucumber

• Chive

• Dill

• Radish

• Butter

How to prepare :

• Wash the vegetables

• the cucumber

• Cut ham, vegetables, cheese and eggs

• Put butter into the bread

• Put ham, vegetables, cheese or eggs

• Add salt or pepper

• Eat. Enjoy your meal !

Ingredients

• Half a kilo of lettuce

• 10 radishes

• Some salt

• Some Sugar

• 1 Greek yoghurt

• Vineager

How to prepare

• Wash vegatables

• Chep the vegatables

• Vegatables pocr into a bowl

• Par in the Greek yoghurt

• Sprinkle over the salt

• Mix

• Eat

Ingredients:

• 1 carrot

• 1 parsley

• ½ kg beetroot

• 250ml of cream

• 1 teaspoor of flower

• 2 tablespoors

How to prepare:

• wash vegetables

• cat carrot

• add botwinkę

• add cream

• everything to cook in the broth
