SUNDAY, JULY 4, 2021 “COME PEOPLE OF THE RISEN KING” Come, people of the Risen King, who delight to bring Him praise, come all and tune your hearts to sing to the Morning Star of grace. From the shifting shadows of the earth, we will lift our eyes to Him, where steady arms of mercy reach to gather children in. (Chorus) Rejoice, Rejoice! Let every tongue rejoice! One heart, one voice, O Church of Christ, rejoice! Come, those whose joy is morning sun, and those weeping through the night, come, those who tell of battles won, and those struggling in the fight. For His perfect love will never change, and His mercies never cease, but follow us through all our days with the certain hope of peace. (Chorus) Rejoice, Rejoice! Let every tongue rejoice! One heart, one voice, O Church of Christ, rejoice! [BLANK] Come, young and old from every land, men and women of the faith, come, those with full or empty hands, find the riches of His grace. Over all the world, His people sing, shore to shore we hear them call the Truth that cries through every age, “Our God is all in all!” (Chorus) Rejoice, Rejoice! Let every tongue rejoice! One heart, one voice, O Church of Christ, rejoice! (Chorus) Rejoice, Rejoice! Let every tongue rejoice! One heart, one voice, O Church of Christ, rejoice! “AND CAN IT BE?” And can it be that I should gain an int’rest in the Savior’s blood? Died He for me, who caused His pain? For me, who Him to death pursued? Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me? (Chorus) Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me! No condemnation now I dread, Jesus, and all in Him is mine! Alive in Him, my living Head, and clothed in righteousness divine. Bold, I approach th’eternal throne, and claim the crown, thru Christ my own. (Chorus) Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me!

“10,000 REASONS” (Chorus) Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name. The sun comes up, it's a new day dawning, it's time to sing Your song again. Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me, let me be singing when the ev'ning comes. (Chorus) Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name. You're rich in love and You're slow to anger, Your name is great and Your heart is kind. For all Your goodness I will keep on singing, ten thousand reasons for my heart to find. (Chorus) Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name. And on that day when my strength is failing, the end draws near and my time has come, still my soul sings Your praise unending, ten thousand years and then forever more. (Chorus) Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.

“GLORIOUS DAY” One day when Heaven was filled with His praises, one day when sin was as black as could be, Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin, dwelt among men, my example is He! The Word became flesh, and the light shined among us, His glory revealed! (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! One day they led Him up Calvary’s mountain, one day they nailed Him to die on a tree. Suffering anguish, despised and rejected, bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He! The hands that healed nations stretched out on a tree and took the nails for me. (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! One day the grave could conceal Him no longer, one day the stone rolled away from the door. Then He arose over death He had conquered, now is ascended, my Lord evermore! Death could not hold Him, the grave could not keep Him from rising again! (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! Glorious day! (Bridge) One day the trumpet will sound for His coming, one day the skies with His glories will shine, wonderful day, my beloved One bringing, My Savior Jesus is mine! (Chorus) Living, He loved me, dying, He saved me, and buried, He carried my sins far away, rising, He justified freely forever, one day He’s coming, O glorious day! O glorious day! Glorious day! O glorious day! O glorious day!

“COME BEHOLD THE WONDROUS MYSTERY” Come behold the wondrous myst’ry, in the dawning of the King, He the theme of heaven’s praises, robed in frail humanity. In our longing, in our darkness, now the Light of life has come. Look to Christ, who condescended, took on flesh to ransom us. Come behold the wondrous myst’ry, He the perfect Son of Man, in His living, in His suff’ring, never trace, nor stain of sin. See the true and better Adam, come to save the hell-bound man. Christ, the great and sure fulfillment of the law, in Him we stand. Come behold the wondrous myst’ry, Christ the Lord upon the tree, in the stead of ruined sinners hangs the Lamb in victory. See the price of our redemption, see the Father’s plan unfold, bringing many sons to glory, grace unmeasured, love untold. Come behold the wondrous mystery, slain by death the God of life, but no grave could e’er restrain Him. Praise the Lord, He is alive! What a foretaste of deliv’rance, how unwavering our hope, Christ in power resurrected, as we will be when He comes. What a foretaste of deliv’rance, how unwavering our hope, Christ in power resurrected, as we will be when He comes. “BLESSED IS THE NATION” Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. Their trust is not in the shield or the sword. They turn their eyes to heaven whatever they face, grounded and guarded and guided by grace. Blessed are the lives that are built on God’s Word, those hearts that trust in the truth they have heard, waiting for wisdom that comes from on high, walking by faith with His Word as their guide. Blessed are the people confessing their sin, humb’ling their hearts and returning to Him. Their prayers will be answered, and they’ll find His hand moving with mercy and healing their land. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, coming to Him as the tired and the poor, finding true freedom and riches outpoured, blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.

INVITATION “’TIS SO SWEET TO TRUST IN JESUS” ‘Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, just to take Him at His word, just to rest upon His promise, just to know “Thus saith the Lord.” (Chorus) Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er! Jesus, Jesus, Precious Jesus! O for grace to trust Him more! O how sweet to trust in Jesus, just to trust His cleansing blood, just in simple faith to plunge me 'neath the healing, cleansing flood! (Chorus) Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er! Jesus, Jesus, Precious Jesus! O for grace to trust Him more! Yes, ‘tis sweet to trust in Jesus, just from sin and self to cease, just from Jesus simply taking life and rest and joy and peace. (Chorus) Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er! Jesus, Jesus, Precious Jesus! O for grace to trust Him more! I’m so glad I learned to trust Him, Precious Jesus, Savior, Friend, and I know that He is with me, will be with me to the end. (Chorus) Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er! Jesus, Jesus, Precious Jesus! O for grace to trust Him more! OFFERTORY “HOW DEEP THE FATHER’S LOVE FOR US” How deep the Father’s love for us, how vast beyond all measure, that He should give His only Son to make a wretch His treasure. How great the pain of searing loss, the Father turns His face away, as wounds which mar the Chosen One bring many sons to glory. Behold the Man upon a cross, my sin upon His shoulders. Ashamed, I hear my mocking voice call out among the scoffers. It was my sin that held Him there until it was accomplished. His dying breath has brought me life, I know that it is finished. I will not boast in anything, no gifts, no power, no wisdom, but I will boast in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection. Why should I gain from His reward? I can not give an answer, but this I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransom. But this I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransom. BENEDICTION “10,000 REASONS” Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul, worship His holy name. Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.
