Louis Bienvenu, Instructor, PHCCLA

Louis Bienvenu was a partner in Bienvenu Brothers Enterprises, Inc., a 79-year-old plumbing company in Metairie, LA that was started by his grandfather, and later run by Bienvenu and his 3 brothers. The brothers sold the company to his nephew and niece in February of 2016. Bienvenu was the field operation's partner in the

plumbing company for 40 plus years.

Bienvenu has been working in the plumbing industry most of his life in the family business. He started working with his father very young, starting full time in 1971. He received his journeyman license in 1976 and master license in 1991. During his career, he has done all aspects of the

plumbing industry.

Bienvenu has been a PHCCLA CE Instructor since 2012. His duties at Bienvenu Brothers includes conducting training classes for employees on a regular basis. He is trained and follows all aspects of Green Plumbing, LEED building Standards, Water Conservation, and Business

Management Efficiency.

Emile Canale, Partner, Billingsley BWC

Emile Canale has 21 years of selling and training contractors on water heaters. He has been a partner BBWC for four years, certified with A. O. Smith and State to teach sales and technical classes relative to their

products.

Canale was a partner with BWC for over 10 years, serving as a Rheem representative in Louisiana, selling all Rheem products, as well as training plumbers and wholesalers on how to see, install and repair electric, gas and tankless water heaters. He was also formerly the Rheem Water

Heaters’ District Sales Manager for the Carolina’s and Florida.

Canale has been recognized as Sales Representative of the Year by BWC in 2006 and 2010, and was awarded Residential Sales

Representative of the Year by BBWC in 2016.

Curtis Dady, Technical Manager, Viega,

LLC

Curtis Dady studied Building Construction at Texas A&M prior to beginning a career encompassing multiple aspects of commercial, residential and industrial construction, manufacturing and/or plant operations. Employed by Viega since 2003, Dady is working as a Technical

Manager to support initiatives of the Regional Sales staff as well as to represent Viega in the development of the Model Building Codes (ICC/

IAPMO/NFPA, etc.).

Gigi Fink, Sales Manager, Woolf Harris

Gigi Fink’s plumbing career started in 2002 working as a Showroom Consultant in the Wholesale channel and in 2009 began working as a Territory Sales Manager covering Louisiana representing several Plumbing Manufacturers. In October of 2016, Fink joined the Woolf Harris team as the Greater New Orleans and Mississippi

Gulf Coast Territory Sales Manager representing manufacturers like Delta/Brizo, Jacuzzi, Eemax, Mr. Steam, BrassCraft, and others. She is

responsible for working closely with builders, plumbers, wholesalers, engineers, designers, and architects to drive sales, conduct product knowledge trainings, and customer service. Fink earned her Bachelor's

degree from Louisiana State University and lives in New Orleans, LA.

Buddy Francioni, Manufacturer’s

Representative, ESP Agency

Buddy Francioni is a lifetime resident of New Orleans. He started in the industry in inside sales for Southern Heater / Lamatt Agency of New Orleans in 1973. He later

joined ESP Agency in 1983 as a manufacturer’s representative in outside sales for commercial plumbing products including water heater / mixing valve systems. ESP has represented Leonard Valve Co., a manufacturer

of mixing valves, since 1990.

Francioni is a graduate of Loyola University, New Orleans, LA. He is also a member of PHCCLA, American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air

Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Edward Glende, Sales Manager, Gastite

Gastite manufactures FlashShield corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) which has revolutionized the gas-distribution business. Ed Glende has been part of the Gastite team since 1999. He is an authorized Gastite trainer and teaches classes throughout the U.S. and Canada. Glende’s been conducting training classes on the

installation of Gastite/FlashShield corrugated stainless steel tubing

(CSST) for over ten years to contractors, building officials and inspectors.

Ryan Lanier, Account Executive,

Federated Insurance

Ryan Lanier, Account Executive for Federated Insurance, grew up in Dyersburg, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration. During college, Lanier won Rookie of the Year and Top 10 Salesperson of the Year

for American Cellular, a Premium Retailer of Verizon Wireless. After graduation, he was awarded his own Verizon Store to manage in Murfreesboro, TN. Lanier spent three years managing his store for Verizon before becoming a Marketing Development Trainee for Federated in February 2015. In October 2015, he became a Marketing Representative in Murfreesboro, TN. His achievements include 2 Chairman’s Council Trips, 2 Big Hitter awards, and 1 Monthly Leadership

Council. Lanier and his wife, Lacy, currently live in Lascassas, TN.

Allison Lorelli, Regional Trainer, American

Standard

Allison Lorelli is a Regional Trainer for Lixil Water Technology, including American Standard, DXV and Grohe. She has been in the wholesale plumbing industry since her graduation from the Indiana University of

Pennsylvania with a degree in Interior Design. She discovered her love for design and residential plumbing while working for many years as a

Lorelli lives in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and travels the country training showrooms and sharing her love for plumbing with as many people as she can. When not on the road, she enjoys sewing, rooting for the Pittsburgh

A proud native of Baton Rouge, Orhan Mc Millan has been in the web development and graphic design industry for over 20 years. He is founder and managing partner of dezinsINTERACTIVE, a creative interactive branding, web

development and marketing group. He and his team provide graphic, web, and strategic marketing services to businesses, associations and non-

profits of all shapes and sizes.

Mc Millan is also a very active member in his community participating and supporting groups that support the understanding that by bringing equal access to all citizens of the community, we uplift and grow our community

Tim Morales is the principle of Tim Morales & Associates, Inc. The son of a mechanical contractor turned manufacturer’s representative, he is a thirty-five year industry veteran. His agency serves the States of

Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and West Florida. They were chosen as Rep of The Year in 2014 by “Supply House Times” the official publication

of the American Supply Association.

Morales is currently President of AIM/R, the Association of Independent Manufacturers Representatives which represents over 270 Rep Agencies throughout North America. He also serves on the Board of the Alabama Association of Interior Designers and is an active member of ASPE, The American Society of Plumbing Engineers and ASHRAE, the American

Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers.

2017 marks his family’s 60th anniversary in the rep business, a trade his parents, Joe & Grace, began in 1957. Morales has been directly involved with electronic plumbing fixtures and water conservation products for the

bulk of his career and is uniquely qualified to present this subject matter.

Kenny Robert, Instructor, The K&B Team

Kenny Robert has fifty years experience in the central heating, air conditioning and refrigeration field. He has expertise acquired in design, installation and service of a/c, refrigeration and control systems, up to 100 tons of capacity in residential and light commercial applications. In 1984, Robert became one-half, part owner of Robért Refrigeration

Service, Inc. He participated in all aspects of project work for residential and commercial installation. He is thoroughly familiar with HVAC/R contracts and owner/contractor/subcontractor/design professional interrelationships. Robert’s major clientele includes a major local television station, several French Quarter multi-unit buildings, as well as

French Quarter businesses and residential locations.

In 2005, Robert then became sole owner/president of Robért Refrigeration Service, Inc. As the chief operating officer for Robért Refrigeration Service, Inc., he is responsible for administration policy setting and implementation, resource management, operating procedures, salary administration, loss prevention and overseeing the financial and sales

functions of the company.

Robert hold his contractor license in Louisiana, as well as several parish mechanical licenses. He shares his expertise as an instructor for the the Louisiana Heat Pump Association, the Southeast Louisiana Coalition of

the Air Conditioning Industry, as well as through his K&B Team.

Doug Ruckman, Manufacturer’s

Representative, ESP Agency

Doug Ruckman joined ESP Agency in 2000 as an inside sales person. Working over the past 18 years with ESP Agency as a manufacturer’s representative covering

Louisiana and Mississippi for commercial plumbing products. He has served on the board for the New Orleans Chapter of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and is also a member of PHCCLA and American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). ESP has represented Leonard Valve Company, a

manufacturer of mixing valves, since 1990.

Joe Scholl, President, ESP Agency

Joe Scholl is a lifelong resident of the New Orleans area and has experienced many years in the plumbing related industry. He started in inside and outside sales for Crane Supply Company, a plumbing distributor, and served 13 years in that capacity. He then served as the

Factory Sales Manager of the Louisiana territory for Rheem water heaters in 1968 and 1969 and outside salesman for Southern Heater Co./Lamatt Agency of New Orleans, covering Louisiana and Mississippi from 1969 to

1976.

Scholl co-founded ESP Agency as a minority owner in 1976 and became majority owner and President in 1990 and continues to serve as President. ESP Agency is a manufacturer’s representative company for commercial plumbing products, specializing in water heating systems. The company has represented Elbi, a manufacturer of thermal expansion

tanks, since 2003.

Tom Schroeder, Southwest Regional

Sales Manager, Eemax

Tom Schroeder’s plumbing career started at 15-years-old in Indianapolis following a backhoe installing water services. In 30 years since, his journey within the plumbing industry led him out of the ditch and into a journeyman plumber, a manufactures sales rep, and

regional manager working for fine companies as Kohler, Speakman and

Viega.

Last fall Schroeder joined Eemax as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager covering 7 states. Tom’s responsible for working closely with manufacturer representatives calling on engineers, code officials, plumbers, builders and plumbing wholesalers to drive products, education

Troy Terrill is an Applications Engineer at IPEX. His primary focus within IPEX is providing technical support for the design

and installation of plumbing and process piping systems. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining IPEX, Terrill spent two years in the manufacturer’s representative industry as an Applications Engineer providing technical support for products within piping systems. Since joining IPEX, he has been involved with thermoplastic piping system applications for

various industries.

Ashley Tullier is the Executive Director of the State Plumbing Board, a licensing agency that aids in the protection of health

and welfare for Louisiana citizens. With a background in business management and her prior role as the Board’s program specialist, her passion for the trades made the move to the State Plumbing Board a natural fit. Tullier has served on many impact committees and believes that proper plumbing is a cornerstone

of sustaining public health.

Member Registration fee: $225 - As a PHCCLA Member Master Plumber, you may register up to two Tradesmen or Journeymen from your company for Continuing Education for only $75 each. Additional Journeymen are $95 each. Each registrant must have a completed form. If they only plan to attend the Continuing Education on Saturday, please have them complete the CE Registration form.

Non-Member Registration fee: $300 - First time non-member attendees will receive a $300 discount when they join PHCCLA in 2018.

Convention Registration Cancellation Policy

Convention registration cancellations received before May 15, 2018 are subject to a $150.00 charge per person. Cancellations

following said date are subject to forfeiture of all registration fees.
