Creation in the year 2000 of the Ural Research and Education Center “Advanced Materials” in the framework of Russian-American “Basic Research and Higher Education” program gave substantial impulse for development of research work and education activities.

Based on computers using LabVIEW software and multifunctional DAQ hardware by National Instruments (USA).
