6.Uponsigningofthecontractagreementandreceiptdeposit,theagreementshallbeconsideredbinding.Shouldcancellationbytheclientbenecessary,50%ofthepaymentshallbeforfeitedtoManilaWeddingSingersandtheotherhalfpaymentshallbereturnedtotheClient.ShouldcancellationbyManilaWeddingSingersbenecessary,ManilaWeddingSingersshallmakeeveryefforttoarrangeforacomparablesubstitute. IfnosubstituteisdesiredbytheClient,ManilaWeddingSingersshallreturnthepaymentinfull.

7.IfthecancellationoftheagreementbytheClientismade10daysbeforethedateoftheevent,thefullpaymentshallbeforfeitedtoManilaWeddingSingers,unlessthesameactisrebookedbytheclientforanopendate1yearafterthecancelleddate.AClientcancellingtheirengagementbythetelephoneortextmustalsoverifythecancellationinwritingviaemail.

8. GroupBreak. Thegrouptypically takes1break. Breakmayvaryinoccurrenceand/or durationduetounforeseen circumstances at the function or due to instructions from the host of the event. Appropriatepre-recordedmusicshallbeprovidedbythesoundsystemstaffduringthegroupbreak.Clientshallprovideadecentmealforthegroup.ClientmayoptforPLATEDCREWMEALSorprovideMEALALLOWANCEinsteadofplatedmeal(P300/head+1techassistant).NOPACKEDCREWMEALS.

9.MusicSelection.Thegroupwilllearnupto5songrequestsforthefunction.AnyandallothersongsrequestedbytheClientmustbeselectedfromtheManilaWeddingSingers’repertoire.Listofrequestsshouldbegivennotlaterthanone(1)monthbeforethedayoftheevent.IftheClientwouldrequire/requestforaspeciallisteningsession,anecessaryfeewillberequiredbythelatter.

10.Iftheactislatestartingduetounavoidabledetentionsexceptpoliticalupheaval,earthquake,flood,typhoon,etc.,theclienthastheoptiontodeductapro-ratedrefundduetotheactatthefunction.

TERMINATIONOFCONTRACTAGREEMENT

Shouldcancellationbytheclientbenecessary,80%ofdepositshallbeforfeitedtoManilaWeddingSingers/50%ofthepaymentshallbereturnedtotheclientwhobookedinfullpayment.Forcancellationmade10daysbeforetheevent,fullpaymentshallbeforfeitedtoManilaWeddingSingers.

Furthermore, shouldcancellationby theclient benecessarydue to(1) forcemajeure/ acts of God, (2) war,includingarmedconflict,(3)epidemic/pandemicdisease,(4)governmentregulationoradvisory(includingtraveladvisorywarnings),(5)disaster,earthquakes,supertyphoon,(6)anyothercausereasonablybeyondourcontrol(collectivelyreferredtoas"occurrences"), 75%of thepaymentshall bereturnedto theclient. If decidedtopostponeormovetheweddingdatebecauseofthementionedreasonsbeyondourcontrol,rebookingisfreeofcharge.

ShouldeventsbeyondthereasonablecontrolofManilaWeddingSingers,includingbutnotlimitedto(1)forcemajeure/ acts of God, (2) war, including armed conflict, (3) epidemic/pandemic disease, (4) governmentregulationoradvisory(includingtraveladvisorywarnings),(5)disaster,earthquakes,supertyphoon,(6)anyothercausereasonablybeyondourcontrol(collectivelyreferredtoas"occurrences"),makingtheservicescommerciallyimpracticable, or impossible to fully perform under this Agreement as Manila Wedding Singers originallycontracted.Insuchcase,ManilaWeddingSingersmayterminatethecontractandreturnthe75%totheclientwithwrittennotificationpriortotheevent.
