INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE
Atrium uses a white glove approach that promotes a comprehensive and consistent classification method
beginning with a phone call to the independent contractor (IC) to introduce the process and perform a
preliminary evaluation. Following the introductory call, a formal evaluation is performed using our proprietary
Independent Contractor Evaluation (ICE) Tool. Via web or mobile accessibility, the ICE application enables
efficient evaluations and visibility into your IC population, as well as the creation of secure audit trails and
document retention in order to mitigate risk. The application delivers a superior user experience for clients and
identified independent workers.

know that making short-term gains are not
worth the long-term implications unsustainable

57% by introducing paperless substitutes for a
