Nurture…offers real-time training with accreditation and employment opportunities to many people marginalised through homelessness, offending history, and long-term unemployment.

Nurture…re-invests its entire profits back into the business to train more and employ more.

The original remit was to “earn enough through the odd catering job to cover your wages, so that you can train residents to budget and cook wholesome food”

How things change!

The city of Leeds soon embraced the ethos, enjoyed the quality and appreciated the amazing value for money and “can do” staff.

We now employ 2 chefs, 2 café managers, 4 catering assistants and provide hundreds of people, agencies and businesses with great food, great service and peace of mind.

Our customers include, Blacks, NHS, Bishop of Leeds, Trinity Church, Wates, Veolia, Clugstons

SUMPTUOUS SOUPCream of Tomato. A low-fat, vegetarian soup that everyone will love –

roast vine tomatoes’ and whole milk give a silky smooth finish.

Cream of Vegetable. The ultimate vegetable soup is a meal in itself, packed full with healthy veggies, spices and aromatics.

Leek and Potato. Of the winter soups, leek and potato is one of the most comforting and familiar – and David Pilling’s makes the most of

seasonal, local veg.

French Onion. There are few things more comforting than making a real French onion soup - slowly cooked, caramelised onions that turn

mellow and sweet in a broth.

Mushroom. A really simple mushroom soup recipe – made extra special by using wild mushrooms.
