South Kensington W14We were appointed by Ace Hotel Group to advise on development strategies for their 46 bedroom hotel in South Kensington, where it became apparent that the property offered just as much value for its existing use as it did for development. We then set about an open marketing process which ensured both markets were equally well covered, and a number of offers were received from both developers and hoteliers, with Hanover Hotel Group proving the successful party.
