Welcome Message

Welcome to ANGIOPLASTY SUMMIT - TCTAP 2012!

I am pleased and honored to invite all of you to 17th Angioplasty Summit-TCTAP 2012.

With strong support of many companies and professional organizations from all over the world,

TCTAP has been recognized as a “must-attend” educational conference that brings together the

biggest names in the field of vascular medicine in Asia Pacific. Especially in 2011 more than 3,500

attendees, including interventional and general cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, radiologists,

pediatricians, nurses and technicians and other healthcare professionals helped to make

TCTAP2011 an extraordinary conference.

In succession to previous years, TCTAP 2012 will feature landmark studies and treatment trends in

interventional cardiology comprised of plenary sessions, live case transmissions, state-of-the-art

lectures and concurrent sessions. The latest clinical investigations, updated interventional

techniques for the treatment of coronary, peripheral and carotid arteries and structural heart

disease will be covered. In addition, up-to-date results of recent clinical trials on the treatment of

left main and bifurcation lesions, and evidence based learning through imaging modalities such as

Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), IVUS, and VH-IVUS and Non-Invasive Imaging, Anti-Platelet Issues

and Transcatheter Valve Therapy are the main issues that will be discussed during TCTAP2012.

ANGIOPLASTY SUMMIT-TCTAP is the global annual scientific symposium organized by CardioVascularResearch Foundation (CVRF).

The CardioVascular Research Foundation (CVRF) is a non-profit foundation that seeks to improve the lives ofpatients with cardiovascular disease by promoting preclinical and clinical research, educating physicians andteaching patients.

Since its establishment in 2002, CVRF has been designing and implementing a large number of outstandingclinical researches, educational meetings and clinical training sessions to help conquer cardiovasculardisease.

CVRF will continue to develop innovative technologies to educate professionals and the public in the field ofcardiovascular medicine. This is possible due to the vast experience and knowledge obtained by ongoingresearch activities, scientific conferences, educational websites, and various training programs. CVRF office. Company which makes a cancellation after March 30, 2012 would be disadvantaged in next meeting

Exhibitors shall be fully responsible for complying with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this Prospectus. CVRFreserves the right to make judgements onsite regarding booth layout and conduct of exhibitors that detract fromthe overall presentation of the meeting and, if necessary, will ask exhibitors to make adjustments in order tomaintain the integrity of the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibitors must submit booth schematics to the CVRF Exhibits Department for review and approval by AApprriill 1133,, 22001122.

Exhibits must be staffed during Exhibit Hall hours and exhibitors may install and dismantle only during officialmove-in and move-out times, and exhibitors who set up or dismantle after or before official working hours will beresponsible for any problem such as claims, losses, damages and expenses.

Island Booths will be allowed to have hanging signs, banners and lighting trusses. These must be fixed and withinthe confines of the booth. The maximum height for hanging signs is 2.5m. Lighting trusses will be permitted to 3mbut must be independent of all hanging signs, logos or banners. The use of hanging signs, banners and lightingtrusses must be submitted to the CVRF via e mail.

Canvassing or distributing advertising materials outside the exhibitor’s own booth is prohibited except CVRFpermission.

Freight aisles must be clear of exhibit materials at all times during move-in as the obstruction prevents othercompanies from obtaining their booth freight and delays setup. Freight aisles will be clearly marked on the finalfloor plan.

Nail driving, drilling or painting on the floor is restricted and should be paid by the concerned exhibitors for anydamage.

All materials used in the exhibit area must be in accordance with regulations established by fire defense regulationof Korea. All displays are subject to inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau of Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel. Aislesmust be kept clear at all times. Fire stations and fire extinguisher are not to be covered or obstructed in anymanner.

Exhibitors are responsible for the cleaning of their exhibit space.

Exhibitors may not enter another exhibitors’ booth that is not staffed. CVRF and Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel are notresponsible for theft of, or damage to exhibitor property.

Exhibitors must be set up in the allotted space only with flooring material(Pytex), except shell booth exhibitors.

No part of an exhibit, signs or other materials may be posted, nailed, taped or otherwise affixed to walls, doors orfloor surfaces in a way that will mar or deface the premises. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage to thefacility

Distributing food and beverage in an exhibitor booth is permitted only by the exhibitors approved by CVRF(includingbottled water). Service of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
