Like NME I have used the masthead of my magazine as the title of the contents page to promote brand identity

I was inspired by Kerrang to use a selection of images on my table of contents to represent all the artists.

I have used a letter from the editor as I want “HEADBANG!” to have a friendly atmosphere and the readers to feel connected with the editor, similarly to Kerrang.

The layout of my editorial pillars and articles was inspired by NME using my black, white and read colour scheme and bold font.

By using a handwritten font, I am giving a personal touch to the page and connects the editor and reader.
