At Bidvest Foodservice they share their passion for great food – they focus on delivering service excellence and providing all the right ingredients to help customers grow.
Farmstead seasonal meats: French-trimmed 10-bone pork rack with rind-on stuffed with a Cumberland sausage meat and apricot stuffing. Great visual as a whole joint and equally impressive carved on a plate – definitely a head turner and great alternative to turkey, beef or gammon.
Boneless and rindless pork belly, rolled and stuffed with pork, pancetta and apple. An innovative twist to the very popular meat cut and a very festive flavour profile that will fit the bill on any Christmas menu.
Individual paupiettes made from turkey, guinea fowl and duck with pork stuffing and wrapped in streaky bacon. The perfect portion size, easy to cook and serve, and the three different types of meat show through beautifully to give a fantastic visual on the plate as it’s cut through.
Something for the bakery: This year they wanted to launch a selection of cakes specifically with Christmas flavour combinations that would be perfect for a bakery display. They found two fantastic cakes, each with a point of difference that is bound to intrigue your customers.

For 2017 Bonningtons have taken a critical look at the string lights category and built a clear product segmentation and hierarchy. This makes category selection easier for retail buyers, and helps consumers identify the features of the different products and select the one they need.
Bonningtons have stripped the packaging back to its essentials so that critical information is easier to find, and have grouped the products into colour segments to help make merchandising intuitive. All indoor string lights are presented in ‘hot’ colours - purple - for battery powered, and red - for mains powered fairy lights, whilst outdoor LED string lights are in cool blue - for static LEDs, and green for multifunction LEDs.
Chive sprung upon the UK market at the beginning of 2013. Based in Toronto, Canada (and now London), they supply over 6,000 retailers across North America and Europe with their unique, contemporary designs.
