Rocco Papalia, Nicola Maffulli, and Vincenzo Denaro On the Cover: A 27-year-old male tennis player came to our office complaining of ulnar-sided pain in his right wrist after a fall 5 months before. He felt a clicking sensation with pain while trying to play tennis or performing some of the activities of his work as car mechanic. On examination, there was pain on palpation of the palmar side of the ulnar border of the wrist, with a clear click in maximum supination. At arthroscopy, a complete, displaced tear of the triangular fibrocartilage tear was found, with the fragment lodged into the palmar ulnotriquetral recess. Once reduced, the fragment was excised en bloc. After surgery, the patient followed an uneventful recovery, and returned to full work and tennis playing 4 weeks later. See accompanying video at www.arthroscopyjournal.org.
