The event
At a time when the financial industry is under the
spotlight perhaps more than ever before, these
awards showcase the very best financial sector
products available to the public. The aim of the
awards is to give the UK’s millions of customers a
voice and a chance to reflect how they feel about
the range of financial products available to them.
Combining honest customer feedback with the
technically best products will reveal which
provider is an ‘all rounder’: a Marketing/PR
department’s dream.
Moneyfacts has researched the market, assessing
each provider and products on technical merit.
This forms the basis of our shortlists of up to eight

their customers to complete the survey which is also
publicised widely on sites such as The Telegraph, The
Guardian, The Independent and across social media
such as Twitter. To be sent survey details please email
expertise and reputation with feedback from our
consumer survey will provide the true picture of
public feeling towards the companies and products
that service the consumer finance market.
The winners of these awards will importantly
prove that they combine technical merit with
service excellence.
The consumer survey is running from October
through to November 2012 in partnership with AOL
and MyMoney24. The survey requests that
respondents rate each provider that they have done
business with in the preceding 12 months. Taking an
average score for each provider, Moneyfacts will
ensure fairness across responses from different sized

The Ceremony
There will be a celebratory dinner on Thursday 24
January 2013 at the HAC in London. This is an
exclusive and exciting setting for the third year of
these awards.
The event will begin with a drinks reception at
7pm, followed by a delicious three course dinner.
The awards ceremony will follow and the event
will conclude with a cash bar and entertainment.

Moneyfacts has arranged a preferential B&B rate
with the nearby Crowne Plaza London Shoreditch

6JQ), which is £150.00 plus VAT at 20% per room
