Add New Consumer

Fill out all required fieldsthen press Save button

Consumer can also choose an ID or consumer name to view detail.

Here consumer will select any of two languageswhich he/she can speak.

Here consumer can create any note .

Here consumer provide the services toclient. Services details includes starting andending date with the working hours.

Reports details are maintained here.This is a schedule area

for day wise schedules.

Staff Area:It will maintain records of employees whichincludes:• Employee Status• Employee Services• Employee Name• Hours Assigned to an Employee

Here user can add/select any serviceand also add the employees againstthe specific service.

Here employees’ records are displayedwith ID number and Name. If one want tocheck the schedule information aboutemployee simply select the employeeName and check on Add button.

Working on Consumer Funding

This is the funding area. Consumercan declare funding particularsagainst Source , Name and Type.

Consumer Funding Source is displayedhere. If one wants to maintain the recordsof which Funding Source belong to whichConsumer, just select the Name and pressAdd.

How to Work OnConsumer Locations

Here Consumer Location is displayedincluding address , his city , state and zipcode information .

If a consumer belongs toany school his informationwill be shown here.

How to Work OnConsumer Reports

Reports Management is shown here.Documents and Reports can be accessed.For E.g. Progress Reports,Access Reports.

Here user can upload any report of anyconsumer from consumer folder. It is areport management module.

Consumer/user can add thereport regarding the patient.

How to Work OnConsumer Insurance

This is insurance form. The consumerwill fill up all the fields in General Info .

This is Primary Insurance block. Theconsumer will provide his personalinformation for patient`s insurance .

This is Secondary Insurance block.The consumer will give informationfor Secondary Insurance plan.

How to Work OnConsumer Billing

The billing chart shows theinformation about staff, abouthow many hours they worked andgave services.

How to Work OnConsumer Calendar

The Employee Calendar will showthe schedule of the availability of aweek. Employee can manage theirworking schedules and appointments.
