It is important that this letter get to the Commission Panel, Gordon Fulton & Interveners ASAPthis morning.
This refers to Exhibit C17-24 which is the Public Utility Commission of Texas Report filed byMr. Weaver on behalf of CEC and the Municipal Electrical Utilities.
( In his application, Mr. Weaver referenced Volume 6 of the transcripts and my question on line5 of Page 1196 regarding the Texas PUC Safety Sheet and then line 20 response by Mr.Loski.
My reference to the Texas PUC Safety Sheet on line 5 has nothing to do with Exhibit C17-24.The Texas PUC Safety Sheet I refer to is Exhibit C19-4 and the link on Page 6 of 7.http://www.thermoguy.com/pdfs/Texas Senate Committee Meeting on Smart Meters.pdf
That link takes you to the written testimony I was asked to provide for the Texas SenateCommittee on Business & Commerce on October 9,2012. The Texas PUC Customer Facts onSmart Meter Safety is on page 8 of 11. This is the page I refer to on page 1196 on line 5.
The Texas PUC Safety Sheet only considered the smart meter as an end use device, left outthe coverage areas confirmed by Oncor lawyers as well as the bio electricity of humanorganisms. Compound that with the biological killing field of the coverage area and the TexasPUC Safety Sheet is limited as well as baseless science. Their admissions and measurementsof power densities confirm an electrical load is being induced in humans that would changecellular voltages of -70 mV. That -70 mV was confirmed by Dr. Bailey during my crossexamination. The Texas PUC and Mr. Bailey should have applied Ohm's Law documentingvoltage changes in the cell. The voltage changes are only one electrical consideration in theflawed PUC safety sheet.
