The focus of the seminars will be for aviation professionals working in dedicated parts of the aviation environment. The training is performed by well experienced aviation professionals who have worked for various aviation industries and authorities. The new collaboration will introduce the new requirements in relation to SMS, OSD and human factors in the basic program. All training sessions are based on the ADSE/ Co-Guard developed modules with dedicated workshops during the day. These workshops will address the theory based on actual situations in the aviation industry and can be fine-tuned based on the working environment of the participants. For each seminar target audiences are mentioned. Special “in house” training programs can be provided on request for which a dedicated leaflet is available. For all seminars the following conditions apply: Start of the seminar is at 08.30 with an expected closure around 17.30. BOOKING CONDITIONS

Registration You can register by filling out the application form which can be obtained from Pieter Ruitenberg ([email protected]). Confirmation of registration You will receive a preliminary confirmation after we have received your signed application form. Registration will be accepted as long as the seminar has not been fully booked (14 participants maximum). We therefore ask for timely reservations to avoid disappointments. Confirmation of participation. You will receive a confirmation of the seminar at least two weeks prior to the start date. The confirmation provides you with all details on schedule, location, means of transport and hotel accommodation in the area. ADSE AG will not book the hotels.

Seminar fees. Seminar fee is CHF 1490,-- for a three day session, CHF 1050,-- for a two day session and CHF 550,-- for a one day session (excluding VAT) per participant and includes:

– Seminar hand out in colour – Workshop material – Certificate at the end of the seminar – Drinks during the breaks in the seminar – A light lunch with drinks

Payment. Payment details will be included in the final confirmation which will be sent to all participants 4 weeks prior to the training. Full payment needs to be received one day prior to the start of the training program. Cancellation by the participant Registered participants can cancel their participation up to 3 weeks in advance in writing without incurring a charge to the participant. A full fee will be invoiced when registrations are cancelled by a later date or when the participant fails to attend. Registered participants can nominate a replacement to stand in for them prior to the start of the seminar. Cancellation by ADSE AG. ADSE AG reserves the right to cancel the seminar if necessary by force majeure. ADSE AG will propose new dates to the participants in close consultation with the participant. Already paid invoices will be refunded if the participant is unable to change the participation to a new date. Any further claims or requests for compensation of any kind other than the invoiced seminar amounts are excluded. Seminar documents copyright The seminar documents are subject to ADSE AG/ Co-Guard copyright and may not be copied or duplicated without obtaining prior written authorization from ADSE AG/Co-Guard. This also applies to in-house use. Any use beyond the limits set by the Copyright Act is not permitted without the approval of ADSE AG/Co-Guard and is liable to criminal prosecution. Overnight accommodation Please note that we do not make any overnight accommodation reservations. Participants will need to arrange overnight accommodation themselves.
