Bids must remain sealed until established Bid Opening Date.
Procurement Officer/Buyer performs evaluation of bid submissions and supporting documentation.
Contract is awarded to the responsible bidder that submitted a responsive bid with the most favorable total bid price.
Projects $15,000 to $50,000Tier III Small Procurement Process
Bids are not required to be sealed. Contract is awarded to vendor who
submits lowest bid.
