Certifi cation Service for Construction ProductConstruction Products Regulation CPR 305/2011/EC in Brief The Construction Products Regulation (CPR)requires producers of building materials to affi x the CE Marking on their products before entering the European market, so as to comply with the relevant harmonized standards of product.

The essential requirements for construction product include: Mechanical resistance and stabilitySafety in case of fi reHygiene, health and environmentSafety in useProtection against noiseEnergy effi ciency and heat retention

System and Procedure for Certifi cation The CPR offers different systems of certifi -cation according to the needs of individual product groups. These systems are based on mandates defi ned in the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and the European Community and Technical Specifi cations (Harmonized Standards).

The certifi cation procedure is divided into the following phases: 1. The customer supplies the application and

product scope to the Notifi ed Body2. Notifi ed Body visits the customer and supplies

the requirements of Factory Production Control (FPC) documents and test plan.

3. The customer prepares the FPC documents and perform the initial test on the product according to test plan.

建筑产品CPR认证服务欧盟建筑产品法规概要

建筑产品法规CPR 305/2011/EC，缩写为CPR，要求建筑材料的制造商在将其产品投入

欧洲市场前必须经过CE认证，粘贴CE标志证明其产品符合法规和相关标准的要

求。

CPR法规对建筑产品的基本要求包括：

机械阻力与稳定性防火性能安全卫生、健康与环境使用安全噪音防护节能及保温

认证模式与流程

CPR法规根据产品的特性不同，提供了不同的符合性认证模式。具体产品的认证模

式在欧共体决议和技术规范（协调标准）

中规定。

认证流程通常分为以下几个阶段：

1. 申请方向认证机构递交申请以及认证产品范围

2. 初次工厂审核，申请方提供FPC要求以及产品测试方案

3. 工厂准备FPC文件，按照测试方案对产品进行初次型式测试

materials, unprotected or protected against corrosion by coating (for use in metal structures or in composite metal and concrete structures) according to

EN 10025-1, EN 10210-1, EN 10219-1, EN 13479, EN 14399-1

Structural metallic products and ancillaries — Welding materials (for use in structural metallic works) according to EN 13479

Structural metallic products and ancillaries — Structural connectors: metallic rivets, bolts (nuts and washers) and H.R. bolts (high strength friction grip bolts), studs, screws, railway fasteners (for uses in structural metallic works)

Structural timber products — Solid structural timber products; Kits (trusses,

fl oors, walls, roofs, frames for bridges, rail tracks and buildings) according to standard EN 14250

Quality control of Construction project Before starting construction, TÜV SÜD, in collaboration with the designers, test the quality of the project, certifying its compliance with the laws, rules and technical recommendations and specifi cations set out in the contract.
