:Titiwangsa mountain range that forms the

backbone of Peninsular Malaysia and the

name is appropriate to the park for a view of

the plains and the greenery of the park reflects

the atmosphere and climate views of the

mountain ranges

Size :

•A huge lake & multiple trail options

• 2.5KM per round (as highlighted in red). The trail is flat and

not much elevation to it.

•you can actually vary your run and run inside the park which

consist of several distance.

•There’s a few small hills in there and a number of twist and runs

around the inside of the park.

• be pack with a lot of runners in the weekends around 7-8am
