Constantine’s hard surface offerings are a perfect blend of quality,

beauty and sustainability. While Bamboo and Cork are rapidly

renewable, Mesquite is a domestic hardwood that is uncommonly

durable. Recycled Vinyl offers a great look at an attractive price

while minimizing the materials flowing into our landfills. All of

these products have been selected and styled to compliment and

enhance our broadloom and modular tile carpet.

We have built our company on pioneering patented technologies that increase efficiency in manufacturing. Our continuous dyeing

range uses less water, chemicals, and energy than traditional skein or beck dying. Our unique tufting system eliminates waste yarn and

ensures everything that goes in comes out carpet. All of our vinyl is fully recyclable and contains, at a minimum, 30% PI recycled content.

Recycled fiber can be incorporated into many of our carpet patterns, offering similar beauty, versatility, and range in cost. Currently our

products can contribute to all relevant credits in the LEED rating system. We are constantly learning and making environmental strides

with importance placed on what will truly do the best job long term.

Striving towards the “best product” standard has required innovation on every level of the business,none more fundamental than manufacturing. Our methods are unique and the products they createspeak for themselves.

Our patented Multiple Yarn Infusion (MYI) technology feeds up to four ends of yarn through eachneedle while standard industry tufting uses only one end per needle. The advantage is substantial. By using different kinds of yarn in the same needle we are able to create sophisticated texturespreviously found only in hand-made carpets. MYI also creates incredible tuft density that enhances ourexceptional performance in terms of durability, appearance retention, and serviceability. In addition toMYI, Constantine has perfected Precision Loc technology that yields tightly defined, tailored productswith a woven look.

From the best comes the best. Every aspect of our business, from raw materials to customer satisfaction,is held to the highest standards. We use only twisted heat set yarns to enhance the durability andaesthetics of our products. Every yarn in Constantine carpet is treated with a fluorocarbon applicationto help resist soiling and facilitate effective carpet cleaning. We have developed the most advanced tipshearing capabilities in the industry. Our entire color line can be coordinated to ensure that differentstyles can be used together while maintaining aesthetic continuity across a project. Our over-dyingtechniques keep turn around times to a minimum and allow for a quick response to the inevitablechallenges of any project. We can produce styles in broadloom and modular tile depending on theproject’s requirements. Our tile and broadloom production is completely integrated. Every tile producthas a broadloom counterpart of the exact same style and color, and all of our broadloom products thatlook good as tile are offered as tile. Our products fit a wide range of budgets. We have styles for everytype of project from executive offices to break rooms.

Constantine takes its obligation to the environment seriously. We have the most efficient dyingprocesses in the industry. Every aspect of our manufacturing process has been scrutinized to eliminatewaste and reduce our impact on the environment. From shear lint to steam heat, every thing that canbe reused is. Our products carry CRI’s Green Label certification and many contain recycled fiber. Ourentire line of hard surface products is rapidly renewable or readily recyclable. Through our products andmanufacturing techniques we are taking an active role in steering the industry towards sustainability.
