This conference has been organized by our Center and the Bucharest Chamber of Trade and Industry, and it had guest speakers from Inholland University (The Netherlands), Ankara University (Turkey), and Bilkent University (Turkey).

o The Research Center for Intellectual Capital is the initiator of the International Conference on Business Excellence – ICBE, organized each year in Brasov together with the “Transilvania” University of Brasov. The conference has a permanent mini track of Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital.

transport, railways, gas, electricity, and water supply. The breakdown of one of such critical infrastructures may cause serious consequences for the safety of citizens. Managing the safety and security of these infrastructures taking into account prevention and preparedness, crisis interventions and restoring normal conditions using optimized and risk based approaches is important. The purpose of this research is to identify and develop some of the most adequate approaches for solving crisis management problems of urban infrastructures.
