Description:

The injection mortar PLM-A is recommended for the general strengthening works on fresco and wall painting.

The injection mortar PLM-A is a mixture of neutral lime and selected inert additives.

The injection mortar PLM-A is free of soluble salts. This excellent mixture is an injection mortar with an increased

depth of penetration and increased stability against sedimentation. The mortar has following properties: no soluble salts

present, does not have any water-repellent or permeable reducing properties. It does not change the vapor permeability

in brickwork, has similar physical-chemical properties as lime mortar, simple injection application with syringes, does

not contain any aggressive or corrosive components for pigments, simple wiping of blooming.

Recommended applications:

Due to its special properties PLM-A is suitable to affix frescos and wall painting on brickwork.

White powder

Setting time: 24 - 48 hours

Density: 1.1 kg/dm3

Strength: Rg 12.7 kg/cm2

Instructions:

Add up to about 80 %-weight of water to obtain the desired fluidity. Mix carefully at a low rate for about 5 minutes to

obtain a homogenous liquid state. Sieve through a 1 mm metal screen. Inject manually. Inject continuously to avoid the

formation of air bubbles. Mix mortar thoroughly after each break. Consumption depends on the state of the object.

Precautionary Measures:

Preliminary tests are recommended before use. Remove excess mortar with wet sponge. Wear protective gloves and

goggles.

Description:

The injection mortar PLM-AL is recommended for the general strengthening works on fresco and wall painting in

which weight is a significant factor. The injection mortar PLM-AL is a mixture of neutral lime with hydraulic additives

and selected inert additives. The injection mortar PLM-AL is free of soluble salts. Special attention should be placed on

the rheological features of the mixture. This excellent mixture is an injection mortar with an increased depth of

penetration and increased stability against sedimentation.

Properties:

No soluble salts present, does not have any water-repellent or permeable reducing properties. It does not change the

vapor permeability in brickwork, has similar physical-chemical properties as lime mortar, simple injection application
