Connecting Your AHIP Account to Humana: User Guide
Homepage Go to the website: http://humana.cmpsystem.com.
Scroll down to the bottom of the
page, and select “Create a New
Account.”

Enter your unique Solar Agent
number, and click, “Submit Solar
Agent Number.” If you do not know your Solar Agent Number, contact Humana’s Agent
Support Representatives.
Enter the required information, and
click “Submit.
Page III Fill in all of the required information in Step 2 of 3, and agree to the Legal terms of Service, and Privacy Statement. You will have to re-enter your Solar Agent Number from the previous screen.

Note: If you do not know your NPN,
this link will bring you to an outside site, where you
will be able to find this number by
submitting personal
information.
Once you have agreed to the terms, select “Register.”
Page IV Once the registration process is completed correctly, you will see this screen. Make sure that you have recorded your NPN, as this will be your username.
Page V After selecting “Continue to Home,” you will see this page—make sure to read the requirements carefully. Please note Humana requires that its associates successfully pass AHIP's Final Exam with a minimum score of 90% within three test attempts. Humana will not accept any completions that are made beyond the first three attempts.

Please note you may click the “logout” link to leave the training portal.
By selecting either of these links, you
will be redirected to the AHIP site.

Page VII You should see your personal information reappear from “Part 2 of 3” on the Humana site (see Page III of the user guide). Please re-enter the password you used from the previous registration page.

Select “Yes” on this page to continue.
Fill in any missing personal
information, agree to the terms, and select “Register.”

Select “Continue to Purchase.”
To enroll in the AHIP Medicare
course, fill in the payment
information, and select “Place Order” at the bottom of the
page.
Page X – Order Conformation After selecting “place order,” you will receive a confirmation message, which you should save for your personal records.
Page XI - Beginning your Course
This is the page that you will see when you log into your
account. Note the Humana logo in the upper right corner.
You may click the
“logout” link to leave the training course.

Page XII – Navigating the Course
By clicking on any one of these links,
you will be redirected into a course module.
As you move through the training,
the status of each Part will be reflected in the box to the left
of the Part.
Click on the “Course symbol key” link for more information.
To navigate though the training, click on
the “Next” and “Previous” arrows.
To download the slides, click the
“Download Slides” link.
You can also move to a particular slide from the “Jump to Slide” drop down
menu.
Please note you must view 100% of
the training material (inclusive of
attempting all Quick Reviews) in a Part in
order to receive completion status.

Once you have green checkmarks
next to all required parts, you will be able to take the
Final Exam.
To access the exam, click on the “Final
Exam” link.
If you would like CE credits, click on the
“Yes, I want to apply for CE credits”
button.
Otherwise, click the “No, take me to the final exam” button to proceed and skip
to “page XX” of these instructions.

If you clicked on the “Yes, I want to apply
for CE credits” button, select the box next to the state(s) for which
you would like to receive credit. Then click the “Next Step”
button.
Enter your License number and License
expiration date. Then click the “Next Step”
button.

After reading the Attestation
Statement, click the box next to “I
agree”. Then click the “Next Step”
button.
When you have agreed to all
necessary attestation
statements, click the “Next Step” button.

Please download and print any required
documents. Once you have done so, you will be able to click on the “Continue to
exam” button.
If your state requires a monitoring
affidavit, please note your date of
completion will be the date that The
National Underwriter Company CE staff
receives your monitor affidavit. If you take the exam without a monitor
present, you will not receive CE credits and
will have to retake the exam with a monitor present.
The final exam consists of fifty (50) randomly selected questions cover all five portions of the
training.
Each attempt has a two-hour time limit
which a user must be prepared to sit for in a single continuous
period.
Click the “Attempt quiz now” button
when you are ready to take the final
exam.

When you have reviewed your answer
choices, click the “Submit all and finish”
button at the bottom of the final exam screen.
Then, click the “OK”
button on the confirmation pop-up
window to submit your exam.
Please note the final
exam will be submitted automatically after 2 hours if you do not close the final exam
window.
Once you have achieved a passing score on the Final
exam, a green checkmark will appear
on the homepage.
You will also be able to print your AHIP
Medicare certification certificate by clicking
the “AHIP Certification” link.

If you expressed interest in CE credits, you will
see the Purchase credits box on your homepage.
Click the “Finalize purchase” button.
Click the “Pay for credits” button.
Note: from this screen, you may add or remove states for which you are
seeking CE credits.

Complete all of the required sections highlighted with an asterisk (*). After carefully reviewing all fields, click the “Place Order” button.

To submit your completion to Humana, click on the Transmit link.
Humana Transmitted 4/9/2012 (Re-Transmit) When your completion has been sent, the date
stamp and “Re-Transmit” option will
appear.
