“Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates.”
Proverbs 31:31
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Trustworthy Room W2073 | 6:15pm - 7:45pm
Taught by Alisha Kirkland
“When hard times come and it seems God is deviating from the plan we assume our life should follow, we’re much more likely to want to tame God, not trust Him. It’s then that we begin to press into our own ways and our own timing. No human can carry the weight of being their own god, but so many of us try. Join Lysa TerKeurst in Israel as she honestly reveals the places of distrust in her own heart while exploring the deeply personal and applicable scriptures that will teach us how to truly trust God.” This study focuses on 1 & 2 Kings.”

Psalms 145:4. Why are we so “age conscious” in our lives? Why do we entertain a mindset of “groups” rather than a oneness of spirit? Why do we feel uncomfortable or awkward in relating to those outside our “label” - such as boomers, builders, or millennials? Generations come; generations go; Jesus is the same yesterday, today, & forever. He reached the hearts of all age groups. Come & see what we have planned for Grams, Ma’ams & Lambs. Bring a friend! At the end of 2 Kings, both the Northern and Southern kingdoms and temple lay in ruins, the land was desolate, and it appeared that all hope was lost for the exiled remnant. As they struggled to survivie as aliens in a strange culture and still maintain their Jewish identity, God was working behind the scenes in unimaginable ways. He had promised that Judah would be exiled for seventy years, but he had also promised to bring His people back to the land. In the Post-Exilic books, you will see that God keeps his promises.
