We have been busy preparing for the upcoming season and we are all looking forward to a GREAT 2019 Golf Season!!! The 2019 EBCC Golf Guide is complete and is available on the club’s
website -www.eaglebrookclub.com. Details for all of this year’s Member events, handicap info, Aerie Cup point info, rules & etiquette, etc. are found inside the book. Please take the time to read
this year’s Golf Guide as a lot of time and effort has gone into it. The 2019 Junior Golf information is also available for you to view on the club’s website.
• Currently we are accepting registration for the 2019 Becker Cup & 2019 Kolbe Cup events through Golf Genius.
• Upcoming registrations – Lucy & Ethel Cup, Ladies Solo Cup, Opening Day (3-23), Men’s Ringer League (3-7), Ladies 18 hole league, Ladies 9 hole league, Ladies 3 hole league
Guest Fee Stimulus Plan
Available for purchase starting March 1st For those of you who plan to treat Guests to a round of golf at Eagle Brook C.C. this year, we
have a great opportunity for you to save up to 30% on guest fees! Starting March 1st we will be offering a prepaid Guest Pass booklet to be used during the 2019 golf season.
6 Prepaid Guest Passes for $360 ($60 per Guest round) - a savings of $150
* Normal Guest Green Fee: $85/ Guest Guest Pass rules/ restrictions
• No Limit on the # of booklets purchased. • Valid for the 2019 golf season ONLY. No extensions.
• Can be used for normal Guest play only, cannot be used for events/ tournaments. • Not redeemable for anything except guest fees (no merchandise, carts, etc.)
• Does not include cart fee. • Guest Passes valid for 18 holes.
• The Golf shop will hold the guest pass booklets to eliminate lost or forgotten passes. •Please inform the golf shop when you would like to use your guest passes
• Members may not bring the same Guest to play at EBCC more than 6 times per season. • Guest passes will not be applied unless requested by the Member.

Titleist 2019 Loyalty Program is Back! It’s that time of the year again… Golfers who purchase three dozen Titleist Pro V1, Pro V1x, or AVX golf balls will receive one dozen of the same ball type at NO Charge! In addition to a free dozen golf balls, you will receive free personalization. Be on the lookout for an email with additional information and purchasing info. Country Club Casual Collared shirts for men and appropriate dress for women is required. Nice jeans are acceptable (not
ripped, torn, tattered, frayed or dirty). Proper Golf and Tennis attire is acceptable. Not Acceptable
Cotton t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, tank tops, tube tops, midriff baring attire, short shorts, cut-offs and inappropriate athletic attire including yoga pants, short athletic shorts, bike shorts, and warm-up suits unless inside the Fitness Rooms, Tennis Courts or Pool areas. For sports attire that
violates the Club dress code, appropriate outerwear is required as a cover up.
Hats Must be worn with the bill facing forward (not backwards) on the Golf Course, at the Grille and on the Patios. Hats are not acceptable inside the Clubhouse for gentlemen. Dressy Hats, religious or
health-related head coverings will be allowed for appropriate occasions.
Shoes Golf shoes, dress and casual shoes are suggested footwear on Club grounds.
Children's Dress Policy For children under 12, we ask parents to encourage appropriate dress while at the Club. Once
children turn 12 years old, they are expected to comply with the adult dress code policies.

Collared shirts only (tucked in) or long sleeve mock neck in winter. Slacks or Bermuda golf shorts. No - Jeans, cargo shorts/pants, athletic shorts, bike shorts, t-shirts, or warm-up suits
