quarte is the first process-oriented management system developed especially for music schools.

quarte is structured into three modules.

GoalsThe quarte certification procedure seeks to

1. secure and further develop the quality of music school offerings by providing minimum standards,

2. achieve transparency for stakeholders (authorities, students, parents, instructors, etc.), and

3. create a foundation for decisions by authorities (subsidies, etc.).

Recognitionquarte certificates

1. are recognized throughout Switzerland,

2. are valid for 3 years. To encourage continuous development, recertification takes place after 3 years.
