- Passes include all core activities listed in the program.*Accommodation is NOT included in the pass cost.
- Standard hotel room prices are based on twin share or double occupancy, a maximum of 2 guests per room. If a larger room is required, additional charges will apply.
- Connecting / adjoining rooms available, subject to availability.- Price includes airport transfers if you arrive/depart on the following dates:
o Arrive into Queenstown 25/9/20, depart Queenstown on 29/9/20, and flights must be booked through Joanna Hoesman at Flight Centre, Contact: [email protected] – 07 3199 100.

o 0-3 years - no cost.o 4-12 years - Rugrats pass charges apply. o 13+ will require a full partner pass, as charged by the hotel at adult rates.
Note: All conference delegate passes must be paid in full by 31 March 2020, all accommodation must be paid in full by 30 June 2020. For members whom purchased the exclusive conference o�er (Sept 2019), full payment of pass is required by 31 January 2020 and accommodation is required by 31 March 2020.
IndemnificationAll attendees indemnify MEA, its sta� and any/all others from any loss or damage arising from their actions.
Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement of the conference/eventConference Program and pricing are subject to change. MEA reserves the right to make alterations to the arrangements of conference/event as published, either before or during the conference/event. Liability will be limited to the registration fee paid by the delegate. Delegates are encouraged to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in the event of a cancellation. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, for the conference/event to be postponed or the dates changed, MEA shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
Booking CancellationsCancellations must be notified in writing to [email protected] a cancellation notice is received prior to 31 March 2020, a refund will be processed less an administration fee of $150 + GST per pass plus any applicable supplier cancellation fees.If a cancellation is received after 31 March 2020 and before 30 June 2020, a 50% refund will be processed, less any supplier cancellation fees.If a cancellation notice is received after 30 June 2020, no refund will be given for delegate registrations (pass and accommodation) plus you will be required to pay any supplier cancellation fees.We strongly advise that individuals purchase Travel Insurance.Master Electricians Association, Queensland Industrial Organisation of Employers – ABN 40 669 256 171 & Master Electricians Association Limited – ACN 163 222 642.
