• Your Event Date is crucial. Be sure to cross reference your community calendar to avoid any “big” event conflicts.

2. Assemble Your Task Force
• Use the Task Force Descriptions document in section A of connect3on3central.com to identify your team.
• This team will drive the event. It will be your core leadership team.

3. Confirm Your Task Force Training Date
• Recruit the “best of the best” from your leadership base.
• Bring them together with the vision of connecting to your community.
• Communicate with Connect 3on3 staff on a date for training your Task Force.

4. Connect The “Dots”• By “Dots” we mean everyone, everything,
everywhere. Start a “Pre-Marketing” Campaign.
• Start by connecting as many people(friends, family, co-workers, enemies, city leaders, business owners, etc.) to the Connect 3on3 social media outlets. This will give them the ability to actively engage in the movement that you are bringing to their town.
