EURAU18 alicante RETROACTIVE RESEARCH

EURAU18 alicante is above all a Collaborative Congress open to society. It has been designed to create numerous opportunities to exchange the Retroactive Research developed by our 175 participants. This will happen right from the first minute, with its Opening Ceremony at Casa Mediterráneo, an old Train Station, where we will initiate a journey between the City, Alicante University Campus, Benidorm Beach, and in our last day to Tabarca Island. HOW TO ARRIVE TO ALICANTE CITY FROM ALICANTE/ELCHE AIRPORT: AEROBUS / C6 Bus Line runs between the Alicante Airport and the city centre every 20 minutes during the daytime and every 1 hour at night 24/7. That line is passing several stops: Plaza de Los Luceros, Alfonso X el Sabio, and Vázquez de Mella and at RENFE station. Note: One-way ticket costs 3,85€, and you can buy the ticket in the bus itself.

The congress EURAU consists of very dynamics seminars to generate discussions that will help to complete the presentation articles. To achieve this atmosphere, each classroom will be arranged with a central big table for the moderator and the participant authors. The public sits around them. Each table will have a video projector and a computer with loudspeakers, so the authors just need to bring their presentations in a pen-drive. Please, give your presentation (video, power-point...) to your moderator 30 min. prior to your Session. And remember: § Each Parallel Session = 2-hour seminar: presentation of 5/6 papers (15min each one) + 40min common

debate at the end. There is no template for the presentations, you can choose your way of communication, but please, mind the time!

§ The Congress Certificates will be given at the end of each Parallel Session. Also you will receive the form to fill in, in order to get the payment by Alicante University of 100€ (VAT included) for your contribution.

TIPs: You don't need to get crazy looking for a special gift to take back home. Your moderator will give it to you for your family.
