CONTEXTInAugust2015,theKolHaverimBoardofTrusteesaskedagroupofvolunteerstoformaStrategicPlanningCommiheeinordertoshepherdtheprocessofestablishingcongrega:onalgoalsandpriori:esforthenextfewyears.ThisCommiheeiscomprisedofcongregantsalreadyac:veinsynagoguelife,includingcommiheechairs,commiheemembers,andBoardmembers,andisledbyapastpresident.Thecommiheesoughttocollectfeedbackfromthecongrega:onat-largethroughavarietyofmeans,andsynthesizeitintoacoherentsetofac:on-orientedrecommenda:ons.TheoutputwouldbeaStrategicPlanproposedtoguideKolHaverim’spriori:esinthecomingyears.SpecificallyexcludedfromthescopeoftheStrategicPlanningCommihee’sworkwerethefollowing:
