EXECUTIVE PARTNERS PRESENTING PARTNERS CONGRATULATIONS WINNERS OF CITY’S 2014 VOLUNTEER AWARDS The Noblesville Chamber played host to the city’s 2nd annual volunteer awards program at its May membership luncheon held at Harbor Trees Golf Club. This program was created in 2013 by Vision Noblesville to recognize Noblesville residents and Noblesville-based organizations who voluntarily contribute their time and talent to the betterment of others. GOLF OUTING In August 2013 we were greeted by bright- eyed Ellie Broyles, a senior at Noblesville High School. The Chamber is incredibly grateful for what Ellie has done for us during her internship. She happily undertook many tasks from stuffing bags for the golf outing, to creating certificates and even taking over the Twitter account. She’s a pro after nine short months. We are sad to see her go but we are confident she has a bright future ahead of her. Ellie will study Recreational Sports Management at Indiana University this fall. CONGRATULATIONS! The Chamber would like to extend a congratulations to Kristen Pimley, a senior at Noblesville High School. Kristen is the recipient of the Chamber’s annual scholarship award. She plans to study International Business and Marketing at Indiana University Kelley School of Business this fall. SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT ANNOUNCED Pictured: Bill Taylor, Kai Strubel, Cindy Haas, Greg Ayers, Anita Beck, Mayor John Ditslear, Griffin Janosky, Chuck Layton, David Pimley and Eric Warne. Not pic- tured are Ty Chilton, Dane Jeon and Cameron Thompson. Community Pride Serve: Noblesville was awarded the Chamber's Community Pride awards for the months of May. They are a partnership of neighbors, churches, businesses and organizations. They "Connect Compassionate Neigh- bors" by designating one week of service projects to create a sense of pride and ownership in Noblesville. Chuy's & Prevail On May 22, Chuy's of Noblesville presented a check to Prevail, Inc. for $5,268.09. Chuy's held a pre-grand opening event in which proceeds benefit the Noblesville organization.
