“Godspell” at Oldenburg Academy Prepare Ye to learn about the lessons and love of Jesus Christ like never before.

Oldenburg Academy presents GODSPELL, March 8th & 9th at 7:00pm. This

upbeat, audience engaging show written by Stephen Schwartz is based on the

Gospel of Matthew. A small group of people helps Jesus tell different parables

using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques and a bit of comic timing. An

eclectic blend of songs, ranging from pop to vaudeville, is employed as the story of

Jesus' life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and

the Crucifixion, Jesus' messages of kindness and love come to life.

Reserved seating tickets can be purchased by contacting the school office 812-

934-4440. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children under 18. Remaining

tickets will be sold at the door the night of the show. We expect a large audience,

don't wait to get your tickets!

apply the words and mission of Jesus to your personal life. Please consider taking

this time to get ready for a most blessed Lent. In Christ's Peace, Father John
