Congratulations Dr Fidela Suelto
Dr Fidela Suelto our Grade School Principal since 2010 and who acquired
her Masterrsquos Degree in Education (Reading and Media) at Loyola Schools
Ateneo de Manila University BCLAD (Bilingual Cross-cultural Language in
Academic Development) Credentials at University of San Diego and Basic
Faith Formation at University of Dayton recently obtained her EDL Executive
Doctorate in Leadership (Education) at University of Makati in Manila
Philippines She graduated April 17 2017 at the PICC Philippine
International Convention Center earning her a diploma of a doctorate degree
She wrote a 172 page - document for her dissertation entitled iPad
Technology as a Differentiated Instructional Tool A Model

A warm and special welcome to all of our mothers on
Motherrsquos Day Thank you for doing your best to be the most
amazing mother that you can be Happy Motherrsquos Day
I hope that everyone is enjoying this special month of Mary our mother
in heaven We just celebrated our grade school May crowning Mass this past
week and next week we have our high school May crowning Mass A lot of
Catholics still do not realize that we do not worship Mary We do not We
HONOR Mary She is our mom in heaven and she deserves our devotion
However even she herself with say to direct all of our worship to God and to
God alone She is the 1 saint in heaven She is the 1 prayer partner She is
the only one besides Jesus who was without sin
Our Leadership Summit is next TUESDAY It is May 16th at 630 PM
and takes place at the Grade School Auditorium The focus is going to be on our
upcoming capital campaign with clarifications about the master plan and the
capital campaign process Deacon Ron Janet Levine (capital campaign
consultant) and I will all be speaking There will be time for questions and
answers too All ministry leaders should be attending Anyone else is perfectly
welcome
Congratulations to our kids from our Religious Ed and EDGE programs
who made their first holy communion this past Sunday Baptism Confirmation
and Eucharist are the three great sacraments of initiation in our church If you
are interested in receiving the sacraments we can point you in the right
direction Baptisms for children 7 and under are handled through our parish
offices (x100) Baptisms for those over the age of 7 are handled by our RCIA
office (x382) If you would like to receive First Holy Communion andor
confirmation (at any age except middle and high school) please contact our

Dr Fidela Sueltorsquos Educational Technology Model concludes that the designated educational tech model of the
implementation of iPad Technology as a differentiated instruction tool consists of four stages namely stakeholdersrsquo
assessments (school administrators parents teachers and students) on the instructional needs of the school
technology assessments on the instructional needs of the school diagnostic formative and summative evaluations
using standardized testing and project evaluation by means of FGDs or focused group discussions with academic
stakeholders
The model shows that every initiative geared towards the improvement of the learners starts with the stakeholdersrsquo
assessments of the instructional needs of the school as a whole The dissertation concludes with an optimistic
assessment of the future of app-based curricula Dr Suelto believes that FSueltorsquos Educational Technology Model can
help academic institutions to evaluate their use of iPad technology as a differentiated instruction They can formulate
scholastic activities that target 21st century skills coherent to CCSS Common Core State Standards This can also
engage students in rich learning competencies and impact student achievement Holy Family Grade School ndash
Glendale California is one academic institution that serves as an affirmative testimony to this approach
Dr Fidela Suelto endorsed by The University of Makati has been invited to present her findings and the instructional
approach in colleges and institutions in Bangkok Thailand and in an international conference in Greece Dr Suelto is

Dr Fidela Sueltorsquos Educational Technology Model concludes that the designated educational tech model of the
implementation of iPad Technology as a differentiated instruction tool consists of four stages namely stakeholdersrsquo
assessments (school administrators parents teachers and students) on the instructional needs of the school
technology assessments on the instructional needs of the school diagnostic formative and summative evaluations
using standardized testing and project evaluation by means of FGDs or focused group discussions with academic
stakeholders
The model shows that every initiative geared towards the improvement of the learners starts with the stakeholdersrsquo
assessments of the instructional needs of the school as a whole The dissertation concludes with an optimistic
assessment of the future of app-based curricula Dr Suelto believes that FSueltorsquos Educational Technology Model can
help academic institutions to evaluate their use of iPad technology as a differentiated instruction They can formulate
scholastic activities that target 21st century skills coherent to CCSS Common Core State Standards This can also
engage students in rich learning competencies and impact student achievement Holy Family Grade School ndash
Glendale California is one academic institution that serves as an affirmative testimony to this approach
Dr Fidela Suelto endorsed by The University of Makati has been invited to present her findings and the instructional
approach in colleges and institutions in Bangkok Thailand and in an international conference in Greece Dr Suelto is

Dr Fidela Sueltorsquos Educational Technology Model concludes that the designated educational tech model of the
implementation of iPad Technology as a differentiated instruction tool consists of four stages namely stakeholdersrsquo
assessments (school administrators parents teachers and students) on the instructional needs of the school
technology assessments on the instructional needs of the school diagnostic formative and summative evaluations
using standardized testing and project evaluation by means of FGDs or focused group discussions with academic
stakeholders
The model shows that every initiative geared towards the improvement of the learners starts with the stakeholdersrsquo
assessments of the instructional needs of the school as a whole The dissertation concludes with an optimistic
assessment of the future of app-based curricula Dr Suelto believes that FSueltorsquos Educational Technology Model can
help academic institutions to evaluate their use of iPad technology as a differentiated instruction They can formulate
scholastic activities that target 21st century skills coherent to CCSS Common Core State Standards This can also
engage students in rich learning competencies and impact student achievement Holy Family Grade School ndash
Glendale California is one academic institution that serves as an affirmative testimony to this approach

sacar adelante a nuestros hijos y familia Trabajamos mucho con ellos y muchas
veces nadie lo reconoce pero lo hacemos con gusto por amor a ellos Asiacute mismo
debe de ser nuestro trabajo en la iglesia ya que es para la Gloria de Dios es
importante que lo que hagamos sea con humildad y amor No se trata de lo que
hacemos sino como lo hacemos Aunque nuestro enfoque principal es de no
descuidar la Palabra de Dios tambieacuten podemos seguir el ejemplo de Esteban
hombre lleno de Fe y del Espiacuteritu Santo Con nuestro ejemplo podemos evangelizar a
muchas personas para que la palabra de Dios siga creciendo maacutes en este tiempo en
que necesitamos orar por la paz del mundo entero como nos pide nuestro Santo

vida Nadie va al Padre sino es por miacuterdquo Busquemos ese camino busquemos a Dios

servicio de todos En este mes tambieacuten celebramos el ldquoDiacutea de la Madrerdquo
FELICIDADES A TODAS LAS MADRECITAS Que diacutea a diacutea nos esforzamos para
sacar adelante a nuestros hijos y familia Trabajamos mucho con ellos y muchas
veces nadie lo reconoce pero lo hacemos con gusto por amor a ellos Asiacute mismo
debe de ser nuestro trabajo en la iglesia ya que es para la Gloria de Dios es
importante que lo que hagamos sea con humildad y amor No se trata de lo que
hacemos sino como lo hacemos Aunque nuestro enfoque principal es de no
descuidar la Palabra de Dios tambieacuten podemos seguir el ejemplo de Esteban
hombre lleno de Fe y del Espiacuteritu Santo Con nuestro ejemplo podemos evangelizar a
muchas personas para que la palabra de Dios siga creciendo maacutes en este tiempo en
que necesitamos orar por la paz del mundo entero como nos pide nuestro Santo
Padre Papa Francisco En el evangelio Jesuacutes dice ldquoYo soy el camino la verdad y la
vida Nadie va al Padre sino es por miacuterdquo Busquemos ese camino busquemos a Dios
no es solamente decir yo creo pero el yo creo debe de ser convincente para que deacute
fruto Ya pronto estaremos celebrando Pentecosteacutes comencemos a pedir los dones y
frutos del Espiacuteritu Santo que nos ilumine y encienda en nosotros el fuego de Su amor
Pidaacutemosle a nuestra madre la Virgen Mariacutea para que nos cubra con su amor
maternal Oremos por el Santo Padre nuestro querido Papa Francisco y por todos los

Estamos en el mes de mayo mes dedicado a la Santiacutesima Virgen
Madre de Dios y Madre nuestra La Virgen Mariacutea la primera
evangelizado ra la que con su gran ejemplo nos muestra el
camino hacia Su amado Hijo El camino al cielo Ella nunca se
Descuido de anunciar las maravillas y los milagros de Su hijo A
peticioacuten de ella Jesuacutes hace el primer milagro Siempre intercediendo por nosotros y al
servicio de todos En este mes tambieacuten celebramos el ldquoDiacutea de la Madrerdquo
FELICIDADES A TODAS LAS MADRECITAS Que diacutea a diacutea nos esforzamos para
sacar adelante a nuestros hijos y familia Trabajamos mucho con ellos y muchas
veces nadie lo reconoce pero lo hacemos con gusto por amor a ellos Asiacute mismo
debe de ser nuestro trabajo en la iglesia ya que es para la Gloria de Dios es
importante que lo que hagamos sea con humildad y amor No se trata de lo que
hacemos sino como lo hacemos Aunque nuestro enfoque principal es de no
descuidar la Palabra de Dios tambieacuten podemos seguir el ejemplo de Esteban
hombre lleno de Fe y del Espiacuteritu Santo Con nuestro ejemplo podemos evangelizar a
muchas personas para que la palabra de Dios siga creciendo maacutes en este tiempo en
que necesitamos orar por la paz del mundo entero como nos pide nuestro Santo
Padre Papa Francisco En el evangelio Jesuacutes dice ldquoYo soy el camino la verdad y la
vida Nadie va al Padre sino es por miacuterdquo Busquemos ese camino busquemos a Dios
no es solamente decir yo creo pero el yo creo debe de ser convincente para que deacute
fruto Ya pronto estaremos celebrando Pentecosteacutes comencemos a pedir los dones y
frutos del Espiacuteritu Santo que nos ilumine y encienda en nosotros el fuego de Su amor
