Part 1: Pre-Construction Phase
1. Details of project specifications, client requirements and parties involved are collected from the pre-construction meeting.
2. A visual inspection of existing property is conducted to identify key points of conformance & documentation interest.
3. The daily log reporting software is customized to the project requirements.
4. Pre-construction photo and video documentation is conducted. Copies are presented to client.
How It Works
Part 2: Work-In-Progress Phase
• Daily conformance inspection begins at project start.
• Daily logs and reporting begins. Delivered daily via email to authorized persons. Logs include all pertinent job-log information, RFI’s, Submittals, etc. and any necessary in-progress photo documentation.
• Mid-project video and photo documentation is produced. Copies are delivered to client.
• Inspectors attend all job meetings & are on-call to assist with communications between client, architect, engineer and contractor(s).

Part 3: Post-Construction Phase
• Prior to conclusion of project any items for final documentation are identified.
• The final post-construction photographic and video documentation is produced. Copies are delivered to client.
• Upon project sign-off the completed database with all daily job logs and related media is compiled. A copy is delivered to client and a copy is archived at Sleighter Engineering main offices.
How It Works
Quick-Response Service
• Client phones with full details of concerns, project section, location, item(s) to be reviewed & documented etc. Quick-Response request date and time is logged by Sleighter Engineering.
• Quick-Response Conformance & Documentation personnel are dispatched to site and execute necessary conformance and / or documentation services. .
• Quick-Response Conformance & Documentation personnel produce reports and related media and deliver to client within 24 hours. (via Internet, US Mail, Federal Express, UPS or hand delivery)
• Service receipt is confirmed and reviewed with client, and client is billed for services.
