Your mission should choose to accept it would involve you, the Supervisor, to be able to bring your employees to a place of agreement or resolution when conflict arises in the workplace. While this may seem to be an easy task, it does require a certain level of patience, active listening skills, and the ability to bring individuals together without partiality. At the end of this training, you will know the fundamentals of conflict resolution and will be able use the knowledge obtained to work through scenarios that will help sharpen your skills as a mediator in the workplace.
