Configuring your Windows Outlook for use with your new O365 school e-mail.

If you do not already have outlook, you can login to portal.microsoft.com and get your copy of outlook, as well as the rest of the Office 365 suite of software.

Once logged in, click the “Install Office Apps” link

The file will download.

Follow the instructions to install office 2016.

Once you have Office installed, open outlook. Click through the windows that come up until you get to the configuration window and click next:

Then you need to fill out your e-mail and password information and click next:

It will configure everything automatically. Click finish when it completes. You are now configured and your e-mail will start to synchronize.

If you already have outlook and have another account set up, you can add your school e-mail to your outlook.

Click on the file tab at the top left then click “Account Settings” and select “Account Settings..” from the drop down menu.

Click the “New…” button. Then follow the instructions from above to set up your e-mail.
